We do a variety of living history impressions, which is reflected in the events we attend; our particular historical impression for each event is listed.

Note: this calendar does not constitute all events our individual members will attend in 2016.

 

March 18-19: Fort Ticonderoga, New York
A portrayal of British soldiers and families in garrison on the eve of war.
Impression: 26th Regiment of Foot garrison, 1775

 

April 16-17: Concord Bridge and Concord Museum, Massachusetts
A living history event honoring those who served at Concord Bridge in 1775.
Impression: Captain Brown's Company, Massachusetts Bay Militia, 1775

 

April 29-May 1: Mount Vernon, Virginia
The year's biggest Revolutionary War event—on George Washington's front lawn!
Impression: 26th Regiment of Foot draftees, 1781

 

May 7: Fort Ticonderoga, New York
A rebel event focused on building fortifications for the coming campaign season.
Impression: Massachusetts Bay Continental and New England Militia, 1777

 

July 23-24: Fort Ticonderoga, New York
Crushing the rebellion in 1777 by capturing forts they stole in 1775.
Impression: 62nd Regiment of Foot / Royal Regiment of Artillery, 1777

 

September 17-18: Saratoga National Historical Park
A living history event honoring those who fought at Freeman's Farm in 1777.

October 8: Saratoga National Historical Park
Recreating the October 8, 1777 evacuation of the British Light Infantry Redoubt.
Impression: 62nd Regiment of Foot Light Infantry Company

 

November 11-12: Fort Ticonderoga
With Burgoyne's army having surrendered, it's time to evacuate Fort Ticonderoga.
